The Hotel owned by Shri K.Sadasivan a prolific business entrepreneur and resident of Kunnathukal village in Perumkadavila panchayath Thiruvananthapuram, started his establishment as beverage distilling, bottling and supply units of then ‘Kerala Abkari act’ diversified it through periodical revolution and customised to the present status of business class classified hotel. The venture exists with other 3 classified hotels and hospitality units.
